hi! I’m Thoma,

— trainer, decoy, and the guy behind the leash.

I got my professional start in the dog world as an explosive detection K9 handler, where I learned early on the importance of clear communication, precision, and trust under pressure. Around the same time, I started decoying for PSA dogs — and I’ve been hooked ever since.

Over the past 4 years, I’ve trained and handled dogs across a wide range of disciplines, including detection, personal protection, and working with law enforcement K9s in both scent work and apprehension, helping handlers build better relationships, stronger skills, and more capable dogs.
